Late Appointments
Late appointments are categorized as any appointment that is over 15 minutes behind in arriving
They are to be considered a "walk-in" and made aware there will be a wait
After a 10-minute grace period, there is a walk-in fee added to the charges for the day
They may also choose to reschedule their appointment
Special exceptions can be made if there is a train stopped on the tracks and clients are unable to get into our parking lotÂ
It is the discretion of the reception team to add a late fee if applicable - rude clients, clients with deposit alerts on their account for continued no-shows or reschedules, and chronic late clients may all receive the walk-in fee if deemed appropriate at the time
