Courtesy Exam Timelines

The following bullet points will explain the timeline in which is acceptable for a courtesy exam to be administered for a recently seen pet. This is for the exam ONLY and does not include any services or medications needed, which are NOT discounted, or discounted at the discretion of the veterinarian on staff by measure of good will.

• Post surgery: any time within the 14 day window of surgical date, the pet may receive a courtesy exam if there is something that the owner is concerned with

• Post boarding: any time within a 7 day window of being picked up from our facility, a courtesy exam may be given if there is a concern.

• Post sick visit: any time within a 7 day window of initial visit, with same complaint, if conditions are worsening or not improving
