Grooming Appointments

We do medically indicated shave-downs only. This means the pet is too fractious to be groomed in a typical capacity, or the pet's hair is matted severly, in both cases the pet will be sedated. These are only recommended by the doctors - people cannot just call to schedule a sedate and shave unless they have a history of coming here to do so.

These appointments are drop-offs between 8:30 and 9:30 am because they are also sedations (they get a surgery check-in sheet)

These appointments may only be booked on Tuesdays - they should go on Dr. Erica's schedule (so they are only booked when she is here)

When we have a booking, text Courtney Frazer and let her know what she has. Courtney WILL NOT be here if she does not know to be! You MUST let her know when she has grooms!!

Reception is in charge of sending the invoices for grooming to our accountant. Find the invoice in the MAHRECEPTION Google Docs or Drive - Blank Invoice is the name

Courtney is paid the full cost of the shave-down (including any double coat extra fees) plus the bath if she does that.
