Pet Angel Cremation Process

After a euthanasia appointment, there is paperwork to be done in order to process the pet if the client chose communal or private cremation for aftercare

Log on to  Paws E Track and select New Order

Select Communal or Private cremation

If Private : input information, including email address, and submit. Eternal Memories will contact the client for the urn selection

If Communal: input information, and select if the client wants any memorial products, then submit. 

IF STAFF PET:  at the end of the selection process for private or communal, you'll reach the review page. At the bottom of the page, you'll see a space for Promo; the code is STAFFPET so the system recognizes you will not owe for that transaction. Staff cremation is complimentary, but you will pay if you select a specialty urn or memorial products. 

Print the tag and adhere it with a zip tie in the clear cover to the bag
