Go to the website, click on "Submit an Order"

Select "Supplies"

Order what you need, everything is complimentary

When you have chosen all of the supplies needed, click "Review Summary"

Make sure "Hand delivered to clinic" is highlighted on the next screen, then click "Submit Order"
