Assertion Failure
If you receive this message it is related to the AXIS-Q requisition management
This may happen if the requisitions are showing up on the FUSE website but not transferred to Avimark
Go to Avimark > Services > Requisition Management
On the Requisition page, choose AXIS-Q for your lab, and change the date range to equal a full month
Scroll through each requisition, in the box labeled ID DESCRIPTION and STATUS, you should see both blue and black line items
If you see a requisition that has only blue or only black items, remove that complete requisition
After that's completed, go into the FUSE website and send the results in question to the PIMS
