Reminder Calls/Texts

We have Weave and PetDesk to send appointment reminders, however, some of those systems fail. Below is our reminder call policy. Reminder calls should be done in the afternoon the day before the appointment.

• Text unconfirmed or left message appointments 1 day prior to their time slot. 

• Surgery appointments should be called on Friday afternoon for Monday appointments. Send a text after the call as a secondary confirmation. 

• For other days, text surgery appointments the day before to remind them of instructions and drop off times.
