Contagious Soak

Contagious soak is reserved for those instances where we have a highly contagious disease or virus in the building. Most commonly, this would be kennel cough or canine parvo virus. 

Begin with an empty mop bucket, and fill with 8 oz per gallon of Rescue concentrate - test with a strip to verify you are at a 1:16 dilution

Use a NEW mop head to clean the area with

Mop bucket itself should not roll into the area that is in question

Spray all surfaces with the same dilution ratio (1:16)

Rescue must remain wet on each surface being disinfected for 5 minutes. You may then wipe it or allow to air dry. 

Mop bucket should be cleaned out and refilled with normal dilution

Mop head should be placed directly in the washing machine to run with a load
