Walk Ins

• Walk-ins may be accommodated with a fee, at the discretion of the reception team at this time

• Reception does not have to ask permission to have a walk-in be seen if there are more than 2 exam rooms empty

• A walk-in fee will be assessed if the client has an alert on their account that specifically states they should always receive one

• If the client calls for a same-day appointment and wants to be seen, we can see them as a work-in. Give them a time to come and notify them they will wait but we would be glad to take care of their pet (the fee would apply to this as well)
