VetStoria
Our online booking platform is VetStoria, and this should be logged in on the reception computers.Â
When new clients make an appointment, you will get an email from VetStoria saying "appointment unmatched" - from there go to VetStoria and verify in the Payment tab in the Appointments section that they made their deposit and how much it was for (Clients will need to pay per pet so note if there are multiple animals being seen)
Create a basic account for this person with their name, email, phone number, pet's name, and species
Replace the old VetStoria appointment with the created account
Add a transaction on the created account, payment type Vetstoria, with the deposit amount
