Walkie Talkies

  • Walkie talkies are provided for use to facilitate easy communication between the reception desk and the kennel area

  • Walkie talkies are located on a charger under the treatment phone

  • Walkie talkies should be turned on and used each day

  • One unit is expected to be at the front desk for the reception team to use, and another unit should be attached to the kennel person on staff for the entirety of their shift

  • In the event that the kennel person steps away for their lunch break, they are to notify the reception team of their absence and notify them again upon return

  • When the kennel person is not available or not scheduled for that day, Reception team should call the treatment phone for all drop off and pick up notification

  • Walkie talkies should be returned to their charger when not in use
