No Show Appointments
If a client no-shows their appointment, a follow-up is necessary
Try to call clients within their 10-minute grace period to see if they are on their way
If they do not answer, leave a message about their appointment
Call again in 24 hours to reschedule
All of these calls should be put into Avimark as a CC so we can show that we did attempt to contact the client about their missed appointment
After 2 no-show appointments, the client must pay a deposit of $55 for any future appointments made
