Avimark Email Integration Fix

1. Turn on 2-Step Verification on your Google account by following these instructions: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/185839


2. Create an App Password for sending from your <PIMS> by following these instructions. Please keep in mind if there are multiple AVImark databases, an APP password will need to be created for each Database:: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/185833?hl=en


3. Open Advanced Options (wrench icon) | enter SMTP in the Search field | Click Password under –SMTP | Click Change on the Default Value | Enter your App Password | Click OK


4. Open your client record and send a test email to ensure the settings worked.


5. If there are Site-specific values, you will need to repeat steps 1-4 for each unique email address.


6. If your clinic is not sharing a data base with another AVImark location, there should not be any Site-specific values. Check the Site Values, below the Default Value and make sure <no data to display> is showing there. If any values are listed, Right Click| Remove these until <no data to display> is shown
