Time Off Requests

Time off requests should be completed at a minimum of 14 days prior to the time requested

A request should be filled out on ADP

If the request is for less than 14 days, speak with the Practice Manager directly about the time needed to see if it could be accommodated

If you are able to switch any days with a teammate, that is preferred.
