HVAC Policies

We have three thermostats in the building, one in the exam room hallway, one in kennel and another upstairs

In the summer, all thermostats should stay at 72 degrees unless directed by Erica or Amanda to change it

In the winter, all thermostats should read 68 degrees unless directed by Erica or Amanda to change it

In the winter, if the evening temperature is forecasted below 55 degrees, the heat should be on

HEAT and EMER HEAT are not the same things - EMER HEAT should not be used - please take note of the switch placement to ensure proper heating will be taking place.
