New Client Appointments

UPDATE: 7/27/2023

• New clients MAY NOT make appointments in the final 30 minutes leading up to lunch and closing time

• New clients should be sent the link to our new client form via text message or email after they book their appointment

• Prepayment is required at a rate of $25 per pet. This payment is NON-REFUNDABLE and will stay on the client's account until they come to an appointment. 

• Vetstoria does NOT apply deposits to Avimark automatically. Please check Vetstoria for deposits and apply them to the account in the accounting tab *green dollar sign* (in the tab, right-click ---> NEW) Vetstoria --> Appointments - you will see the Payment Transactions tab where you can view recently paid deposits)
