Pet Desk should always remain up and logged in on Chrome, with notifications enabled

Respond to text messages promptly, preferably within a half hour of receipt

Utilize the compliance tool on the left side of the screen weekly and add notes that the client has been contacted. 

Compliance should be done weekly to capture any pets that may need services soon
