One person should handle this at the end of the day

The purpose of this report is to identify if the doctor seeing the patient missed medical note recording

Go through each appointment MCR and make sure there are doctor notes in the Objective section for all pets seen during the day

Work With ---> Information Search ---> Find : PM08 --->Double Click ---> edit date to the current date, Search

I print out two sheets, one for EJO and one for MG, and label them at the top. Highlight any client numbers that have notes missing and deliver them to each doctor
