Exam Fee Information


Routine - All annuals, sick patients, puppies, kittens and general check ups.

Out-Patient Visit (tech appointments)- 2nd and 3rd puppy vaccines, 2nd kitten vaccines, bordetella or influenza only, heartworm tests, PH6 administration, nail trims, anal gland expression, suture removals, soft paw application. 

Courtesy - Surgery and boarding pets

Health Certificate - When getting a domestic or international health cert.

 Progress - rechecks within 14 days of initial exam as specified by DVM in notes

Puppies - Tails and Dews is a routine charged for one litter. The first three sets of vaccines and deworming/fecal is one routine for all puppies, and when the pets come in for their Rabies, they are separated into individual pet accounts with an office visit for each.


Emergency Fee (in addition to the exam fee) - When an emergency comes in & the staff has to drop everything, this exam fee is appropriate (HBC, actively seizing). 

Walk In Fee (in addition to the exam fee)- No appointments but the client wants to be seen - non-urgent appointment (itchy, ear infection, vaccines, eye issue)
