  • If the Practice Manager is out and time off is needed for a team member, these are your instructions

  • Use the calendars in SX and at Reception to note the time off needed

  • Speak with your team mates - see who can switch first. Remember, pay period goes from Wednesday to Tuesday, so it will have to fall within those parameters

  • If your team mates are unavailable to switch, reach out to RSVP via Meagan at meagan.meranda@4rsvp.com

  • Let her know the dates needed for coverage, and that she should send correspondence to mahreception@gmail.com
