Variances

There are times when vaccines or other products are what we called "wasted" - they cannot be administered due to some sort of error (like sitting in a fridge all-day or a busted can of food) or expiration, and we have to dispose of them

When this happens, it is important to variance them from Avimark so inventory remains correct

RX tab --->FIND ----> Type in the name of what you're searching for

Once you've found the correct line item, highlight it and right-click, select "variance"

Click on the page with the green plus sign on the top right corner of the screen, change to -1 (or however many you have to variance) and your reason, and then select ok.
