Drop Off Appointments

Drop off appointments should always be labeled appropriately in the appointment type so Pet Desk sends the correct reminder

If a client comes in for their scheduled appointment and asks for a drop off, we can typically accommodate the request

If they are in for a yearly, they must receive all of the same vaccines they would if they were boarding in our facility

If they are not in for a yearly, they should be aware that their pet's vaccines will be updated accordingly as long as the doctor sees it to be appropriate

The exceptions for a drop off would be if the pet is critically ill or will need their owner present for communication (HBC, possible parvo, etc)

Simple sick appointments are ok to be dropped off (ear infections, itchy skin, check lump, etc) if the client requests
