DCPH Error SA Machine
1. Got to tools on the SA machine
2. Select on options on the bottom of the screen
3. Go to networks -> devices. Make sure Upper NW port is selected at the top on the drop down menu. Also make sure that DHCP is selected. If both are selected hit apply and ok. This will close the options tab.
4. If error is still there open options again and go to network again, this time selecting host. That screen should show the following:
Send by network should be checked
remote IP: 192.168.234.100
remote port: 6500
local port: 65100
auto send at the bottom should be checked
next to send by network it should say connected or disconnected. If it says disconnected follow the steps below. If it says connected call Abaxis at 1-888-963-8471.
5. Select connect at the bottom, then apply and okay. This will close the options tab.
6. Go back into the options -> device -> host. If it still says disconnected you will unplug the grey ethernet cable from the back of the SA. Should be on the right side on the top if you are looking at the machine. You will also unplug where that cord runs to which is a small black box next to the fuse. It is the 3rd grey cord from the right. Should be marked with an X. Leave those cords unplugged for a couple seconds then replug them in to there original outlets.
7. The SA will take a minute and then it should say connected. If it does this hit apply and ok. If the error is still there contact Abaxis
