UA Strip Analyzer Errors

UA Unavailable/Unknown (the strip analyzer will always show "offline")

• See if the UA screen is frozen

• If frozen, reset it with a paper clip by inserting into the small hole in the back and letting it turn off completely

• Press the grey button to turn it back on

• Go to Settings on the strip analyzer machine and make sure USB is on

• Close the Fuse website and restart it

• If the UA strip analyzer is still showing unknown, go to "Tools" on the SA screen

• Click "Options", "Network" - make sure adapter is upper NW port and DHCP is clicked

• Go to "Host", click disconnect and then connect, "Apply" and hit "ok"

• Go to the VetScan UA Strip Analyzer machine

• UA Settings, disconnect then connect

• Apply, hit ok

• Close FUSE website and reopen

• UA analyzer should say "Offline"
