Abaxis Rotor Errors

If a rotor displays an error code, our FUSE will detect that code and automatically send us a replacement rotor to take it's place. See below for details. There are automatic codes and codes that are more rare that you will need to call Abaxis for reimbursement.

Default Rotor Selection & Credit History

Upon the launch of automated rotor credits, all eligible customers will be set to receive our most popular rotor, the Comprehensive Diagnostic Profile, for rotor redemptions. Customers will be able to view their rotor credit history or update their preferred default rotor type at https://www2.zoetisus.com/login.

Included Rotor Error Codes

A list of rotor error codes included (and excluded) in this program are listed below for reference in Appendices A and B. Excluded rotor error codes featured in Appendix B do not prohibit customers from getting credit, they are only excluded from automatic crediting.
